This website and its transactions are intended solely for business and trade customers. By purchasing from Restmor Ltd, you confirm that the goods are acquired for trade or business use and not for personal or consumer purposes. Consumer protection legislation, including consumer return or cooling‑off rights, does not apply.
Returns

Returns are accepted where goods are damaged, defective, or supplied in error and Restmor Ltd has been notified within 7 Business Days of delivery.

Returned goods must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Restmor Ltd reserves the right to inspect returned items before approving a refund or exchange.
Non‑Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned except if defective upon delivery:

How to Request a Return
To initiate a return:

Email sales@restmor.co.uk within 7 Business Days of delivery, including your order number and reason for return.

Await written authorisation and instructions before shipping any goods back. Returns received without prior authorisation may be refused.

Items must be securely packaged and shipped to the address provided by our returns team.
Refunds

Approved refunds are processed within 14 Business Days from receipt and inspection of returned goods.

Refunds are made to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

Delivery and return transport costs are non‑refundable except if items were faulty or sent in error.

Restmor Ltd may issue a replacement or credit instead of a refund at its discretion where commercially appropriate.
Exchanges
If goods are defective, replacements will be provided subject to stock availability.
If unavailable, Restmor Ltd will issue an equivalent credit note or full refund as agreed.
